Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at thrivemdclinic.com (the “Website”) and any online features, forms, scheduling tools, and communications we offer through it (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by ThriveMD, PC (“ThriveMD,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 7400 E Caley Ave #150, Centennial, CO 80111.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to request an appointment. If you are requesting information or care on behalf of another person, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so.
2. No Medical Advice Through the Website
The content on this Website — including articles, blog posts, research summaries, case studies, videos, and patient stories — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.
Using the Website, submitting a contact form, or corresponding with our staff does not create a physician–patient or provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is established only after you have completed our intake process and been evaluated by one of our licensed providers, either in person or via telehealth.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Website.
3. Not for Emergencies
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use our contact forms, email, or text messaging for urgent medical needs.
4. Treatments and Individual Results
ThriveMD offers concierge longevity medicine, regenerative medicine (including stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma), bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, health screenings, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, therapeutic plasma exchange, red light therapy, IV nutrient therapy, medical weight loss, and related services. You acknowledge that:
- Every patient is different. Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and patient stories on this Website reflect the experiences of individual patients and are not a guarantee or prediction of results. Individual patient results may vary.
- Some regenerative and longevity therapies, and some uses of medications, devices, or procedures discussed on this Website, have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the condition described, may be considered investigational or “off-label,” and are generally not covered by insurance.
- Candidacy for any treatment, including any prescription medication, is determined solely by a ThriveMD provider in their professional judgment after an evaluation. Requesting a consultation does not guarantee that any treatment or prescription will be offered.
- The risks, benefits, and alternatives of any treatment will be discussed with you, and you may be asked to sign a separate informed consent before treatment.
5. Telehealth
Certain consultations and follow-up visits may be offered by secure video or telephone. Telehealth has limitations compared with an in-person visit, and your provider may determine that an in-person visit is needed. You agree to provide accurate information about your identity and your physical location at the time of each telehealth visit, as provider licensure and applicable law may limit where telehealth services can be delivered.
6. Appointments, Concierge Memberships, and Payment
- Appointments. Appointment requests submitted through the Website are not confirmed until our staff contacts you to confirm a date and time.
- Concierge programs. Our concierge longevity programs are membership-based and involve an annual fee paid in advance. Membership services, fees, term, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the separate membership agreement you sign with ThriveMD, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
- Fees and insurance. Many of our services are not covered by health insurance and are offered on a self-pay basis. Pricing, deposits, cancellation and no-show policies, and refund terms will be provided to you before services are rendered. You are responsible for confirming any insurance, HSA, or FSA coverage or reimbursement with your plan.
- Third-party financing. Financing may be available through Cherry or other third-party lenders. Any financing is provided by that lender under its own terms, credit decisions, and privacy practices; ThriveMD is not a lender and is not responsible for the lender’s decisions or terms.
7. Communications, Including Text Messages
When you submit your contact information through the Services, you agree that ThriveMD may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, appointments, and care. With your consent, we may also send you information about services, events, and offers, which you may opt out of at any time.
If you consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of receiving care.
Standard email and text messaging are not fully secure. Please do not send detailed medical information through our Website contact forms, general email address, or text messages.
8. Privacy and Health Information
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy. Once you become a patient, protected health information you provide in connection with your care is also handled in accordance with applicable federal and Colorado law, including HIPAA, and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available upon request.
9. Intellectual Property
The Website and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, the thriveMD name and marks, and the selection and arrangement of that content — are owned by or licensed to ThriveMD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, or information about another person without authorization;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any related systems, or interfere with its operation or security;
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect content from the Website, except for search engines indexing public pages;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
- Use the Website’s content to provide medical advice to others or represent it as your own.
11. Information You Submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Services. If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or other feedback, you grant ThriveMD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will not publish a testimonial identifying you as a patient without your authorization.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites, research publications, video platforms, scheduling tools, and financing providers. These links are provided for convenience only. ThriveMD does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply endorsement.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. While we work to keep the Website accurate and current, medical knowledge changes rapidly and we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Website will be uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRIVEMD AND ITS OWNERS, PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE.
This section applies to your use of the Website only. It does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law with respect to professional medical services you receive from ThriveMD, which are governed by your patient agreements and applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriveMD and its owners, providers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any patient or membership agreements you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThriveMD regarding the Website.
